Fees + Insurance

Session fees

• $200 per 50-minute session (private pay).

• Longer session times for depth-work, trauma resolution, imaginal/sandtray/ritual, & integration of nervous system regulation work available at pro-rated rates.

• I only work with people willing to commit to weekly therapy.

• In-network with Optum only; otherwise private pay. Superbills available for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurance

I’m primarily private pay and currently credentialed only with Optum. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement (clients are responsible for verifying benefits and reimbursement rates with their insurer).

Payment

Payment is due at the time of session unless otherwise arranged.
